Conrad St
"Pleasant and peaceful"
Conrad St. is located in the Glen Park District. It is a very short street, only a few block. It is in a very safe neighborhood. I used to pass this street after playing baseball at Glen park, which is two blocks away. It is not a very busy street and is pretty quiet usually. There are a few restaurants and stores down the street on Diamond. There is access to a few muni lines like the 44 and 23. It is also not too far from Glen Park BART. Overall this street would be a great place to live.

"A short, quaint street"
Conrad street is a slightly sloping street that intersects Arbor Street and Diamond Street. It is surrounded by other streets that consists of houses too. Conrad street is quaint because it has a very nature-like theme to it. There are many plants and trees around this neighborhood. Each house has at least one plant in front. The street itself is clean and it does not have traffic, it also has a nice vibe, sort of relaxing. The houses here are also nice and clean, they vary in size and color. There are also many bus stops nearby, so transportation is a breeze. This is a great street for families and couples.
