"What's not to Like?"
I don't know about you, but if I am young, single, or married with older or no children, there may be no better locale than the Atlantic Station neighborhood. The reason I set the aforementioned parameters is because for those who may have small children who need quiet, a yard to play in, or those who prefer more suburban style living, this is definitely not the place for you.
