"Beautiful Park-Like Private Estates with Established Horse Farms and Friendly Neighbors"
Snow Hill is the rare combination of down to earth neighbors that are always willing to lend a helping hand but respect each other's privacy. Each property is a country estate with at least 10 acres in a park-like setting. There is plenty of room for horses and other large animals without intruding on neighbors. Several horse trails wander throughout the neighborhood along with streams, deer and the occasional snapping turtle! The road is private and the HOA dues are the lowest in the area....
