"Tiny Neighborhood above the Upper West Side"
Manhattan Valley is the area that occupies the natural depression that runs from the west side of Central Park out to just before Riverside Dr. Manhattan Valley is great because it retains some of the park and the beautiful UWS architecture and quietude but the prices are still significantly less than other UWS neighborhoods. This neighborhood is, basically, where Columbia is and I'm up there all the time. It's far from most of NY life (downtown) but it's really peaceful, and I'll say it agai...
