Seattle police set up speed traps

Normally the speed traps I have noticed are on Highland Drive but I am starting to see more and more speed traps set up all over Seattle. I think with the recession or Seattle's downturned economy, police are starting to rev up the speed traps. Around this area in particular, cars travel through at around 45 mph all day long and the speed limit is just 30 mph. There was also a speed trap over the weekend along Admiral Way. I was surprised to see the trap set up on a weekend because most of the time the traps are set during the peak driving time throughout the weekdays.

Anyone else notice any speed traps set in Seattle? Where are the prime areas the traps are set? I try to always go the speed limit but am still not a big fan of an orchestrated speed trap.
