"A plain residential street"

Wayland Street is located off of San Bruno Ave. It is mostly a residential street. It is usually pretty quiet and not busy at all. This street is safe most of the time. The homes here look pretty much the same, but are still very nice. It is very close to Martin Luther King Jr. School. It is close to Palega Park. It is also close to many stores and restaurants on San Bruno Ave. There is access to a few muni lines like the 9, 54 and 44. This street would be a nice place to live in the city because it is close to many things.
