"Get out and about in Cheesman Park"

Cheesman Park is one of Denver's best known neighborhoods and it's easy to see why. Originally platted in 1868, close to Cap Hill but a little quieter in my opinion. Be sure to take a stroll through the tree lined streets. You will hear birds chirping, and the wind rustling the leaves. Cheesman is also one of my favorite places to ride my bike all around the streets and walkways. The beautiful Denver Botanical Gardens is another must see right next to the park.
Pros
  • Close to dining, nightlife, downtown
  • Diverse Community
  • Excellent green space

rmoulton The first Sunday of every month is Auto Free Day in the park. It makes it even better for biking or rollerblading :)

"Highlands is my favorite area in Denver"

Highland or as many people say "The Highlands" is a great place to live, work & play with close proximity to 1-25 and LODO. The local restaurant scene is AMAZING. Linger is an awesome place to eat and they use a ton of local products in their dishes. For a great happy hour hit El Camino for some killer margaritas.
Pros

  • foodie epicenter of Denver
  • Wonderful vibe
  • Historic and eclectic
  • historic character

"Cherry Creek is a wonderful place to meet and eat."

Cherry Creek is one of my favorite places to hang out all year long. If you are looking for a fun Saturday activity head on down to the Cherry Creek Farmer's Markets starting May 4th. Here you will find tons of local vendors with specialty foods, Colorado Produce & tasty prepared foods. If you are an art aficionado cruise over to Canvas and Cocktails at 249 Clayton St. to sip some beverages and paint your masterpiece ;)

  • safe neighborhood
  • Shoppers' delight!
