"The Villa District"

N. Avers is just part of the wonderful Villa district in Chicago. It is famous for it's bungalow style houses. If this is your type of thing, it may just be the perfect environment for you! The Villa stretches 3600 through 3800-blocks of N. Avers, Hamlin, Harding and Springfield. It was built in 1902.
