Garfield Park, Chicago - What are home prices like at the lower, middle and top end?

Garfield Park has a few nice homes, but it's a bit too close to the Eisenhower Expressway for really nice real estate. That said, you can probably find a place for around $60,000 on the low end and $200,000 on the high end.

The top end price for a home in Garfield Park, Chicago, will be around $200K. In the middle you will find home prices at around $95K, while the lower end home prices will be a round $45K.
