"Caledonia Cir. - A quiet loop"
Caledonia Circle is a loop off of Lafayette St (which provides a connection between Via Appia and Main St in Old Town). One of the biggest perks of this street is that all of the homes on the exterior of this loop back to open space / bike paths, with an access trail into the neighborhood from Lake Park. Homes along this road are 3-4 bedrooms, and roughly 1800-2300 sq ft in size (with some larger and some smaller). Only one home on this loop has sold since January 2011.
