"Schools, Schools, and More Schools"
If you have kids of school age, you will like living on W. 169th Street. Although a few spots are not exactly to be desired, still there are sections of the street that is nice looking.
But what makes this area attractive to parents is there are at least three or four schools along the route. And there are schools on side streets, so there are plenty of school locations for your kids to go to.
There are also apartment buildings for you to move into. I would say that if you are a parent or someone who is retired, you may just like the area.
