"Northwest Houston Area!"

This part of Houston in a quaint area. The Willowbrook Mall, several schools, and a developing medical center make this neighborhood a great place for families. There are tons of churches, outdoor parks, and boutique shopping malls (such as Champions) that make this a very liveable area!

"Reliant Stadium Area!"

Well, its not really the Astrodome anymore. Reliant Stadium is the newer arena where the Texas play footbal. The Astrodome is still there, but no longer in use. This is a great palce to visit for those who like sports or the rodeo. Rodeo Houston happens here every year between February and the middle of March. Its a great even that I would recommend visitors come to see!

"Terrible Place to Live"

Main Street south of 610 is a terrible place to live. It is very unsafe and prone to crime and gang activity. Anyone who has lived in Houston can agree that this area of town is not a desireable place to visit, EVER. Those with young children should avoid this area because it is so unsafe. If you must be here at night, be sure to have a friend with you and take all precautions to be safe.

"The Nightlife Center of Houston"

Westheimer has the best nightlife in the city, in my opinion. There are tons of clubs located very close to each other on this road. This is the place to be for young singles. There are also places to eat and shop nearby. I would recommend going to Numbers nightclub. Definitely for the young at heart!

"The Heart of Houston"

This is the heart of the city of Houston. It is definitely a businessman's dream. There are plenty of offices and some dining facilities. However, there are not many retail stores. I would recommend eating at Sambucca's Jazz cafe or The Aquarium. There are wonderful musical and theatrical venues here for those who like the arts.

"Chaotic City Living"

Post Oak is a great area for those who like the chaos of city life. The Galleria is a feature shopping mall of Houston. There are plenty of places to shop and eat, as well as nightlife located on the nearby street of Westheimer. Canyon Cafe is a really neat restaurant in the area. I would recommend visitors spend a whole day in this area because there is so much to see and do!

"A wonderful part of town"

I grew up in this area. It is quite close to the amenities of Houston, yet with a more relaxed atmosphere than the inner city. This area has great amenities and is a short distance from great nightlife. I would recommend the nightclub "Hush" for those interested in going out on the weekends.

"Very Diverse Road"

Bellaire Blvd is a LONG road. It stretches from the inner city to outside the Beltway. If you stay close to the 610 intersection you can find lots of dining and professional office space. However, if you go further to the west, the city gets a little trashy. The west end of this road is not very safe!

"A wonderful neighborhood for retirees or young families"

This part of Houston is one of my favorites. Clear Lake is wonderfully located near Houston, but far enough away that the chaos and noise of a big city cannot reach. There is a great golf course in this area. Also, Clear Lake is located close to the bay, so weekend getaways are conenient.

"Excellent part of town!"

This is a fantastic area. Rice University, a large outdoor park, the Houston Zoo, and the Houston medical center are very close. The area has tons of fine dining and retail available. The atmosphere is different though, with all the local liberal college students that Rice University attracts. I would suggest Mi Luna restaurant if you are in the area!

"A Business Man's City"

This city is great for those who are career-oriented. The city offers a lot of fine dining, good medical care, and lots of fine art exhibits. The weather, polution, and traffic of the city make it less attractive for families.
