"Charming"

Bordering the North Sam Houston Tollway, and extending to the Northwest, you will find the Willowbrook area. This location has easy access to Tomball Parkway-249, and is also convenient to Hwy 290 and I-45. Some of the main roads you will notice in the area are Mills Rd, Grant Rd, and FM 1960.

The Willowbrook area provides a wide array of housing from apartment complexes and senior living facilities to single family homes for sale and lease. There are many well established homes in the area, as well as quite a few new construction locations. You are sure to find the perfect home in your price range here, as they span the entire spectrum. For families wondering about school, the majority of the Willowbrook area is zoned to the Cy-Fair ISD, which has a fabulous reputation. Several colleges can be found here such as Lone Star Community College and a new branch of Prairie View A&M. If you have young children, there are a variety of daycare and preschool facilities to choose from.

Willowbrook has a newly sprouted interest in medical care. A few years back you had a choice of one hospital in the area, now there are several and they continue to grow with additional clinics and ER care offices opening rapidly. Willowbrook Mall is one of the best shopping centers in the Houston area, and is located at 249 & FM 1960. You will also find there a variety of restaurants, movie theatres, strip shopping centers, and night clubs.

"Northwest Houston Area!"

This part of Houston in a quaint area. The Willowbrook Mall, several schools, and a developing medical center make this neighborhood a great place for families. There are tons of churches, outdoor parks, and boutique shopping malls (such as Champions) that make this a very liveable area!
