Terra Ave, Lower Bal (Halcyon Foothills South)

Terra Avenue is just a precious street. It is a hidden street, even to many of the locals in San Leandro. One of my kids plays little league in soccer and he often has his matches at Halcyon Park, which is actually right off of Terra Avenue. If you drive straight down Terra Avenue you will end up at Halcyon Park. The houses that line the street are marvelous. You can tell that the owners take very good care of them. My family enjoyed Halcyon park so much that we often go there on the weekends during the summer for picnics and or relaxation.
