Grace St, Lower Bal (Halcyon Foothills South)

Grace Street in San Leandro, California is a nice street with nothing but one story houses that are fairly new. They had nice front yards and were pretty close together but in this area that's normally what you see. It's very close to Halcyon Park and the Bayfair Canter Mall. I noticed a set of train tracks that were very close to this road but I never heard a train. I didn't see any schools nearby so I would consider this neighborhood to be perfect for singles and maybe even couples.
