"Spring Valley Road - Spacious lots with hilltop views"
If you are looking for a spacious lot with views of the foothills to the West and sunrise over the plains to the East, but only a 5 minute drive to downtown Boulder, this is really an ideal location. Houses on this road are 900k or more due to their proximity to town combined with zero traffic and surrounded by nature on all sides. Several homes on this street have been totally torn down and rebuilt and are now worth over 2 million. Should be one of the most sought after streets in Boulder, but due to the lack of through traffick, it can be an over-looked gem.
