Are the home prices in Boulder's amazing neighborhoods like Wonderland Hill stabilizing?

I wonder how the trends are looking in real estate costs in Boulder's neighborhoods in 2013 so far?

Prices in Wonderland Hill and other favored neighborhoods are stable, and as of late 2012 and early 2013 they are rising. There is a lack of inventory in the $500K-$1MM range, and while Wonderland Hill is more in the $700K+ range, those homes that show well are selling quickly. The $1MM-$1.5MM market is ok, but layout, views, lot location, and proximity to neighbors affect how quickly and for how much a home sells. Above $1.5MM is tough and will likely continue to be for awhile.
