Browndale

The Browndale neighborhood has easy access to Highway 100 and all of the shops and restaurants located an Excelsior and Highway 100. Located next to other highly sought after neighborhoods and less than 1 mile from Lake Harriet. Their are a lot of small bungalows, but also larger homes that have been recently built. The neighbors group hosts an annual winter skating party, spring egg hunt, summer picnic, and fall bonfire. They also work together to establish a regular newsletter, and maintain the park flowers.
