- able to easily connect to 3 muni bus lines
- great north views
- close to McLaren Park and Crocker Amazon
Cons
- People love to litter and abandon large trash items because of proximity to parks
- wide street makes people think they can double park with hazards on for hours
- paved over front yards for parking make the street feel too car friendly
