"Other Streets Are Better"

Mahan Avenue is like many other streets in this neighborhood in that it is composed of primarily residential homes, with little shopping or entertainment nearby. However, it is noticeably more run-down than nearby Jarvis and Hobart Avenues, and you see fewer people on the streets. There are better places to live nearby.
