"Deteriorating, But Still Decent"

Hobart Avenue is a decent residential street in the Bronx. The houses are not terrific, but it is close to some of the shops and stores on Roberts Avenue. Plus, there are always people walking along the street, so it has a nice, neighborhood feel. Over the past few years, the homes have deteriorated slightly, but still look decent.
