"Picturesque Street in a Decent Neighborhood"

Jarvis Avenue is like a small slice of Cape Cod in the Bronx. The street is lined with wood shingle-sided or white-painted houses that stand back from the street. This is one of the nicer neighborhoods in the Bruckner Expressway area. Plus, you’re within a five minute drive of a nice park and a couple hospitals.
