"Cute Little Street Worth the Trip"

Lyon Street is one of the cutest little streets in all of San Francisco. The Lyon Street Steps are something that I really enjoyed. If you are looking for a good workout thats the place for you :) The rest of the street provides a nice walkway to view the sceneary or do to some birdwatching. I just love the two golden lions that greet you as you turn on to the street. I can see why its one of the most loved streets in SF. I am glad I listened to my friends and made the special trip to see it on my vacation.

"adorable street"

this street is very adorable. There are tons of attractions and many different things to do while you are there. Lyon Street is probably named after the lion because this street is so uproar. Slang for very active or just plain fun.

"Exploring the Exploratorium"

Lyon Street has tons of different attractions that you can enjoy doing with the whole family. We visited the Exploratorium and it has some amazing exhibits. The kids loved it. It also has many delicious restaurants that have some excellent food. My wife and I took a stroll down the street and it was very relaxing.

"Good memories on Lyon St."

I can't remember the cross street, but as I turned onto Lyon from there, there were literally two golden lions on someone's stairway. I have seen it at night, I felt beyond safe. The whole vibe of the street is just bliss. And I have seen it in the morning, it was beautiful. I visited there to see a pretty girl from Sweden. She was renting a house for a few weeks. The morning she left was not so good, but of no fault of Lyon St. Miss you Michelle.

"Super cute, and a great place to work out!"

Lyon Street is awesome. There are a ton of amazing different sights to see. It is a great street to walk during the day because of the variety of scenery. If you are visiting and want to get a great work out, the street turns into a set of stairs between Broadway and Green. It is very steep, and a great place to get a heart pumping workout fast! Also on this street is the Exploratorium, an amazing museum that definitely merits a visit.

"The Home of the Exploratorium"

This beautiful street is located in the Marina District and is the home of the amazing Exploratorium. This is one of the most beautiful and fun attractions in San Francisco. The Exploratorium is located in the Palace of Fine Arts. This is a perfect are to come take a walk around the pond or visit inside of the science museum. The heighborhood is beautiful and the houses are spectecular. Directly across from Lyon Street is Fort Mason and the beautiful San Francisco Bay. The Golden Gate Bridge is right next to this street and is a pleasant sight. Many bustling streets are located very closely such as Chestnut Street and Fillmore Street. One of George Lucas' film studios is located just a couple blocks away. This is an area that I would much recommend to everyone visiting San Francisco or all those living in the city that have never visited.

"Awwww, so cute. Little Lyon."

Lyon Street - or as I call it Little Lyon - is adorable. Named after my favorite animal (too bad it wasn't named Simba Street, but that would just be way too cute) or at least that's how I imagine it was named. This street is the brilliant location of the Exploratorium!! It is awesome and so much fun!! It is also very close to part of the Lucasfilm studios! What more could you ask for from the Little Lyon that could.
