Favorite luxury town homes in walking distance of light rail in Denver/Golden?

If you want to be within walking distance of 16th Street Mall, Coors Field, LoDo, Elitch Gardens, the RTD, the light rail, Union Station, Writers Square, the Platte River, world class dining, entertainment, and shopping, and Denver's Center for the Performing Arts there are 3 awesome luxury town homes I would recommend (in this order) Promenade Lofts, Park Place Lofts - At Riverfront Park, and the Glass House Lofts. From all 3 of these locations you can walk the heart of downtown.
