"convenient for students"

Crespi Drive is a short street made up almost exclusively of apartment buildings. I think SFSU may own part of them, they are trying to buy up more real estate in this area. This is a great location for students, it is directly adjacent to the SFSU campus. The rent prices are pretty typical for SF, which means most students would have trouble affording it. The apartments are large but some are dingy and not very clean.
