"haven for SFSU students"

Cardenas Avenue is partially on SFSU campus and partially privately owned apartment homes. Probably eventually SFSU will own all of this. The apartments are pretty decent and you can't get any closer to campus, so they are a great housing option for students. A lot of students live in this area. This leads to it being a little noisy and not well taken care of at times, but it is ok for student life.
