Which neighborhood should I look at if I want to buy a home with modern architecture?

Cincinnati has a lot of little pockets of modern architecture mixed in with the historic homes. I do like the modern homes in the upper Columbia Tusculum area. They've got some single family dwellings. They've also recently added a green-constructed development of town homes about a block above Columbia Parkway.
