I recommend Tuckers Restaurant in Over-the-Rhine. They server breakfast and brunch Monday through Saturday from 9 am - 3 pm and Sundays from 10 am -2 pm. They are a true neighborhood experience and offer something for everyone. You may also want to try the Sunday brunch at Take the Cake Cafe in Northside. It is an interesting place (mainly a bakery), but they serve daily lunch and Sunday brunch. They feature a daily specials type menu, so when they run out of something it is gone.

Sugar n' Spice on Reading Rd. in Paddock Hills has been serving breakfast in the same location since 1941. They've got great breakfasts for a reasonable price: http://sugar-n-spice-restaurant.com/

First Watch is a chain, but I love their breakfasts and brunches. They're located Downtown on Walnut, in Rookwood Pavilion, and in Springdale in Princeton Plaza.
