Where in Cincinnati can you find an English as a Second Language class?

There is an ELS center on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. There, students can learn English through a variety of programs. They also offer a TOEFL prep course. Other schools that offer training in English are private language school, Cincilingua, which is located Downtown. Berlitz in Montgomery also offers English language training. If you are looking for more conversational or social usage of English, I recommend either Cincilingua or Berlitz. If you are looking for official, academic training in English, then I suggest the ELS center at UC.
