I absolutely love Ruthai in Mt. Lookout on Linwood just a little bit up from the square; they have a small location, but offer really good food at decent prices. I've heard that Thai Express on McMillan is super tasty and cheap; they are take-out only. I also like Bangkok Bistro on Erie Avenue in East Hyde Park.

I agree with Natilady... There are many Thai options in Cincinnati. I personally recommend both Lemon Grass and Teak. Teak is great because they have a patio out back that's really enjoyable in the summer. Its location in Mt. Adams is also great if you want to grab drinks after dinner.

There are several Thai food restaurants I've been too: Blue Elephant, Wild Ginger and Lemon Grass are in Hyde Park. Teak is in Mt. Adams.
