What's the best steak restaurant in town?

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is now open at the Banks and may be taking top honors from The Precint or Jeff Ruby's.

I can't answer this based on my own experience, as I don't eat steak; however, there are a number of highly recommended steak houses in Cincinnati. Two of the best are from local restaurateur, Jeff Ruby; his restaurants are mostly known for their high end steaks and you probably can't go wrong heading to either The Precinct in Columbia-Tusculum or to Jeff Ruby's Steak House on Walnut Street in Downtown. Another Downtown option is Morton's The Steakhouse on Vine Street. There is also supposed to be a Ruth's Chris Steak House opening at The Banks late in 2012.
