What can you tell me about Cincy's, the restaurant/bar that took the place of Cadillac Ranch?

Cincy's on 6th is a sports bar trying to turn around the image the location had as Cadillac Ranch, which was not a good one. The new owners have changed the decorations and removed the mechanical bull, but the interior still looks a lot as it did when it was Cadillac Ranch. However, that's about the only thing that hasn't changed, as they are trying to make it feel more like a neighborhood sports bar, including adding draft beer. The menu is a work-in-progress, so let them know what you like or what you don't.
