There used to be a small few, but they've all closed. "La Habana Cafe" on Main between 14th and Orchard used to serve authentic Cuban cuisine and Cuban coffee, but they closed several years ago. "El Havanero" on Rt. 4 in Fairfield had some excellent main dishes and salsa dancing on Friday and Saturday nights, but they closed last summer as well.
You can find some pretty good Cuban sandwiches on several menus around town, especially at "Paula's Cafe" in downtown on 4th b/w Walnut and Vine. Paula used to live in Miami, and makes her own Cuban bread every morning. Very authentic.

I haven't heard of any Cuban restaurants around town. You might want to check out local food blogger Julie and her blog, Wine Me, Dine Me in Cincinnati (http://winemedinemecincinnati.com/). She usually has the scoop on local restaurants and restaurant happenings.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no Cuban restaurants in Cincinnati. There are several Caribbean style restaurants, but none that are specifically Cuban.
