My kids are grown and married. While they were growing up, we lived in Springdale and they graduated from Princeton HS..... but.. if I had it to do all over again, I would stay in Cincinnati and do whatever it took to get them into a CPS magnet program.

The Montessori Programs are so good, parents camp out overnight on the school grounds just for the opportunity to get on the waiting list. I don't think the School for the Creative and Performing Arts is a magnet program, but kids who go there get a solid start on entertainment basics from acting to stage production. I didn't go to Walnut Hills when I had the chance, but I hear parents these days will do whatever they can to get their children into that school. Cincinnati Public Schools have really changed since my kids were little.
