Currito is a great alternative from Chipotle in my opinion. The Lanni brothers also opened a trendy night spot called Bakersfield in OTR where they just received the key to the city from the mayor of Bakersfield, CA! Check it out and their selection of tequila is the best in the city.....so I was told.

I haven't personally eaten at Currito, so I can't tell you how it actually compares in taste to Chipotle; but, I can tell you from friends that have eaten there that it is pretty good. Currito is not your typical Mexican burrito place, as the offer burritos with flavors from other cuisines. They offer burritos with such flavors as Thai, Cajun, Mediterranean, and Asian Teriyaki. Unlike Chipotle, they offer two different burrito sizes and they offer tofu as an option (both of these are similar options offered by Moe's Southwest Grill.) There are several Currito locations around town. I also hear that the Downtown location is VERY noisy.
