Yes, Harriet Beecher Stowe lived in Cincinnati. In fact, you can visit the Harriet Beecher Stowe House, which was home to Harriet prior to her marriage in 1836. The Beechers lived at the house from 1832 until the early 1850s. She wrote "Uncle Tom's Cabin" using her experiences in Cincinnati as its basis.
