My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Cincinnati is Cilantro near the University of Cincinnati. Because they primarily cater to college students their food is pretty inexpensive, but oh so tasty! They currently have a small location with a new, larger location just up the street under construction. If you're looking for good Vietnamese, this is the first place I'd stop. Two other locations are Pho Lang Tang at Findlay Market (I've never tried it, but have heard good things about it) and Saigon Cafe in East Hyde Park (pretty decent, but no comparison in quality or price to Cilantro.)
