If it's a good job, you'll probably never find it in a newspaper or unemployment bureau. As I've always told my children, the best way to get a job is to know someone who works where you want to work. Ask people you know about where they work. Network. Make friends. Lots of companies have referral bonuses to help them find new people, so it would be a win-win situation for the person who recommends you.

Another way is to find a good professional placement agency where the employer pays the fee. Or get to know a head hunter. They have great access to jobs info.
