Are there any good thrift shops in Cincinnati?

Besides the places already mentioned, a number of non-profits operate thrift/resale shops. The Wellness Center operates a resale shop in Hyde Park, Legacies; they often have more high end items due to their Hyde Park area location. The American Cancer Society operates a resale shop on the east side on Beechmont Avenue; the Discovery Shop features clothing, furniture, and more. Pedigree Interiors in Montgomery is a consignment furniture and home decor store where all proceeds benefit United Coalition for Animals (UCAN). Items at Pedigree Interiors are either donated or consigned. Pedigree Interiors tends to have high end items, so don't expect to pick up a dining room set for $50 or less. Goodwill and St. Vincent dePaul offer locations throughout Cincinnati.
