Are there any art or craft cooperatives in Cincinnati?

While not quite a co-op, Fabricate in Northside is fairly close. It is a unique shop: a gallery, boutique, and supply shop all in one. They feature the work of dozens of local artists and offer consignment for those artists who fit into the shop's aesthetic. Again, not a cooperative, but a collection of artist studios is Essex Studios. Essex offers a variety of studio spaces for various types of artists. They frequently feature open house events, as well as their Art Walk, which features both Essex studio artists, as well as outside artists.

For 10 years I taught a jewelry group at a Catholic women's ministry called Sarah Center in Over the Rhine. It was an interesting cooperative. We taught women how to make jewlery, supplied the materials, and helped them market the work as a group while training them to market it on their own. We made enough money to pay the women 60% and purchase materials to make more. We paid show and marketing expenses from grant money we received.
Sarah Center also made sewn items and quilts in the same cooperative way.
Women earned a percentage of the money when their work sold at Grailville, The National Underground Freedom Center, Findlay Market, the Main Library, Christ Church Cathedral, and local arts and craft events. This past summer they had a booth on Fountain Square each week.
When I started working with Sarah Center there were several other craft cooperatives in OTR: Women on Track made sewn items. There was also a group of men who made crafts from wooden pallets, but I don't remember their name. I don't know of any more.
