Pole dancing soccer mom
Pole dancing for fitness is a relatively new thing- but I must say it is the hardest work out I have EVER done- this coming from an elite gymnast. It is like gymnastics on a vertical pole- the strength required is astounding.
However, the studio's where I have taken classes focus on a heck of a lot more than muscles and tricks. It is about the whole person. The whole woman (as only women are allowed -sorry guys). I am in better shape- but I am more confident- happier- just better.
