The Metra Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) line takes commuters from Naperville to Chicago Union Station via two very active stops located in downtown Naperville and at Route 59 on the Naperville/Aurora border. These stations are so busy, some express trains to and from downtown service only these two stations. Parking is also at a premium (waiting lists for permits at these stations are rumored to exceed ten years) so Pace shuttle busses are available in certain areas during peak travel periods to avoid the rush for the limited daily parking available.
