a good massage
a good massage is hard to find.... but they are heavenly. Truly heavenly. I have had the pleasure of having one from Heather Maynard Massage for Women and Families. Sorry guys, she works with women and children exclusively, but I bet she has great rec's!
Working with her is like a refresher for your soul, mind, and body. I can go to her and have my shoulders around my ears but come out 60 minutes later feeling like a new person. Maybe it is the soothing touch, maybe it is her calm demeanor but her massages are the best I have had.
