"Great Schools-Desirable location"
Across the street from one of Evergreen's most popular and beautiful Open Space Parks, this neighborhood is equestrian-based with rolling hills, barns and bigger lots, starry-nights, yet only 15 minutes to I70.The Aldefer family homestead is still the jewel in the crown of Three Sisters Open Space and Evergreen Chamber Orchestra performs on the grounds often.

I would say that the "Nightlife is Sitting on the Porch watching the Stars" is a MAJOR PRO, not a con! :) But that's just me. Sounds like a beautiful spot!
