About Me
Stephanie Gruver has quite the story about how she became a Realtor. She likes to sum it up in two sentences:
"In the fall of 2009, I looked at my husband and announced I'd like to quit my job in the worst real estate market since the Great Depresssion and sell real estate full time. He calmly looked up from his MacBook and said ok - as long as it makes you happy, you'll sell a lot of houses."
And sell houses she did - 33 completed real estate transactions her first year alone as a full time agent, winning the Rookie of the Year and Listing Agent of the Year awards from her broker. She followed up her rookie year success with 36 closed transactions in 2011, and 51 closed transactions in 2012!
