"There is a huge Jewish community around town and the closest gas station is the first All Green Gas station built by BP, a futuristic little station straight out of a movie."

This street is found just between Robertson and La Cienega and is Beverly Hills Adjacent. Meaning, as close to having a Beverly Hills address as possible without paying Beverly Hills prices and dealing with the efficient and brutal Beverly Hills parking enforcement. There is a huge Jewish community around town and the closest gas station is the first All Green Gas station built by BP, a futuristic little station straight out of a movie. Most of this area is rent controlled and it has an eclectic mix of young professionals all around.
