"Two large parks close by"

A very green residential neighborhood with two very large parks within walking distance - North SeaTac Park and Sunset Park. Both offer sports fields, walking trails, playgrounds and tons of trees. Many of the homes on this street are surrounded by large trees, providing privacy and noise reduction. Not that this area is noisy, quite the opposite. Except for the air traffic to and from SeaTac airport, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Homes in the area are reasonbly priced, though some of the neighbors have been there for years with no plans of moving. Nearby arterials offer quick access to highways leading to downtown Seattle as well as main freeways for out-of-town travelers.
