"Quiet neighborhood near two large parks"

If you don't mind being in the direct flight path of SeaTac airport, S. 132nd St. offers peace and quiet to its residents. The single-family homes are well-kept and within walking distance of North SeaTac Park and Sunset Park, offering sports fields, walking trails, playgrounds, a lake and dirt bike courses for kids and adults. Although the planes can be a nuisance, all of the homes are equipped with triple-pane glass, giving residents a quieter place to live. Road and pedestrian traffic is nonexistent along this street to non-residents, providing peace and quiet to the neighborhood.
