Top 5 Spas

Who doesn't love to spa? And finding a good one can be tough. Here are some of my most favorite spas in San Francisco.

1. Nob Hill Spa - Located in the Huntington Hotel this is perhaps one of the most luxurious spas in the city. The sitting area is just spectacular with a pool, jacuzzi, nice long lounge chairs, & snacks. There's also a steam room, sauna and all of the amenities a girl needs to freshen up afterward. A little shop upstairs allows you to buy some product and maybe something special for yourself too. Simply divine!

2. The I-Spa (at the InterContinental Hotel) - Located on the 6th floor of the Inter Continental Hotel at 5th & Howard, it's a smaller boutique type of spa. The sitting room isn't that large, but it's cozy and serene. Snacks and complimentary champagne to allow you to completely unwind. They also offer beauty products for purchase.
3. Tru Spa - I've had a many a facial here (ask for Brandy) and I love it. It's located in the Hilton SF and it's not as luxurious as some of the others, but the services are great and reasonable. Plus for a short walk, you can always get in some Union Square (or Maiden Lane) shopping when you are done!

4. Spa Radiance - Located on Fillmore right off of Union Street, this spa is low key. There's no fancy sitting room, but the rooms are serene and relaxing. They offer everything from makeup, hair removal, mani/pedi and massage.

5. Kabuki Springs & Spa is Japanese style bathing facility that offers a variety of spa services and treatments. It's wellness oriented and it can be a little out of the ordinary, but if you are in the mood for something different - you should give it a whirl!
