Cheap Thrills for Singles in Bay Area

As a spin off to my best date venues (which I don't want to abandon altogether since it is such delicious fun) I am starting this cheap thrills thread. So what are inexpensive places where a guy can take a girl on a first date. (Or where a girl can take guy...or where a guy can take a guy... or where a girl can take a girl... or where a guy can take two girls... okay, you get the idea).

Back when I was first starting to go out 20 bucks was a cheap date. Now, I'm thinking 50$ at most.

Okay, well let's compromise. The goal will be less than 50$ but definitely not more than $100.

You might be able to squeze it in with a student discount and on the standby. I know the Berkeley Rep does that--unfortunately it sometimes means that you have to sit in non-contiguous seats, which can really take away some of the first date fun.

We'll have to pick this up later Flowergirl, my kids are starting to chew on the furniture--a good sign that it is time to make lunch. Have a good one.
