Are there any charities in Red Hook for which I can volunteer?

If not, is there anywhere specifically I can donate money, food, clothing, etc. in town?

Well, there is a Boys & Girl's Club in both nearby Saugerties and Kingston, 7 and 8.3 miles away respectively. There is also The Queens Galley, a wonderful food pantry/soup kitchen also in Kingston that is almost always looking for volunteers. It is located at 254 Washington Ave, about 8.7 miles from Red Hook proper.
