What are great condo buildings for Boomer aged professional couple?

We want to be able to walk everywhere and have easy access to biking and public transportation. But we also need convenient access to 76. We want a well managed and maintained condo building with amenities. We plan to rent for a year and then buy. It would be great to find a rental in a condo building so we can try out the neighborhood/building for a year.

There are many. Look in the area known as Avenue of the Arts if youre looking for a condo next door to theaters and restaurants. Anywhere is Center City is safe, fun and walkable.
Academy House, The Aria, The Ellington, The Packard Grande, and the Residences at the Ritz are all in that area.
Rittenhouse Park is a very nice area, but will be pricy.
The Rittenhouse Hotel & Condominiums, The Dorchester, 10 Rittenhouse, and the Barclay
Washington Square West has less traffic than Rittenhouse, but more parks, and still walkable to everything. I believe its currently underpriced for what its got to offer.
The St James, Hopkinson House, The Ayer, Independence Place are all nice.
